A bedroom carpet costs £36 to clean and a living room £43. Every other price follows here by room, item, square metre or hour, and the smallest one-off booking is £67.
Add up the rooms or pieces on your list for a starting figure; the form or the office confirms the full price before you pay the deposit. Leather and suede furniture, offices and other commercial premises have no fixed figure; we price those over the phone once we hear the details.
Carpet and rug cleaning prices

A loose rug is cleaned in the room it sits in and charged on its size.

Sofa, chair, mattress and curtain prices
Upholstery is cleaned at home once the cleaner has tested the fabric. The two-seat sofa price is the starting point and each further seat adds £26, so a three-seater is that price plus one seat. Corner sofas and sofa beds are counted the way the sofa cleaning page explains. Leather and suede go on a call, as the cost turns on the hide: aniline, semi-aniline, pigmented, suede or nubuck.

Stain protection
Protector is sprayed on once the clean is finished. Spills then sit on top long enough to blot; the carpet or sofa can still stain.

End of tenancy cleaning prices
End of tenancy work is charged by the number of bedrooms. Carpets cleaned during the same visit cost less than a separate carpet booking, as the cleaner is already in the flat, and an oven added to the job has a reduced rate too. Regular, deep and after builders cleaning by the hour
A weekly cleaner is £23 per hour; fortnightly it is £24. Every visit lasts 3 hours or more, so the lowest bill for one is £69. Deep and one-off cleans are charged per cleaner per hour, with two cleaners working three hours as the minimum, plus a kit charge for the products and equipment they carry. That makes £186 the starting figure. After builders cleaning has the same minimum at its own rate and kit charge, from £212.

Oven cleaning prices
Ovens are charged by type and width. The racks and trays go into a soaking tub in your kitchen, and meanwhile the inside of the oven, its glass and its seals are worked by hand. The inner door pane is included when the door is built to let the cleaner reach it. A hob and hood booked with the oven cost less as a set.

Hard floor, jet washing, window and viewing prices
Hard floors and outdoor paving are charged per square metre, so measure length and width before calling. Windows are priced on the number of bedrooms in the house, either outside panes alone or both sides. A few jobs, such as a big stone floor or a badly worn carpet, need a visit before we can name a price, and that visit has the fee shown.

Questions about our prices
Is there a minimum charge?
One-off work starts at £67, so a lone hall carpet or one armchair is priced from that amount. Regular cleaning has its own hourly minimum instead.
Is parking added to the price?
If the cleaner has to pay to park on your street or in a nearby pay-and-display bay, we add what it cost, up to £40 at most. A driveway or a visitor permit means no parking charge.
How much deposit do I pay to book?
Half the quoted price holds your date. Pay it by bank transfer or card; the booking stands once it reaches us.
What happens if I cancel or move the date?
Give us 48 hours’ notice or more and the deposit comes back to you or moves to the new date. Inside 48 hours, £50 is kept. Consumers also have a 14-day right to cancel, which our terms and conditions set out. Changes can be made by phone or email from the contact page.
