Carpets, rugs and upholstery are our main work, from £36 for a bedroom carpet. We also take on move-out, home, oven, floor, window and office cleaning across London, each listed here with its starting price.
Each heading below groups related jobs, with one link per service to the page that explains it in full. Several jobs can share one visit, and the full table of figures sits on the prices page.
Carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning
Carpets and rugs
Carpet cleaning is priced per room, from £36 for a bedroom, with stairs, halls and landings listed separately. What many people call steam carpet cleaning is hot water extraction with a portable machine; that page explains how it treats wool, nylon and polypropylene. Rug cleaning is done on the spot in your room, from £35 for rugs no bigger than 3 sq m.
Upholstery, mattresses and curtains
For upholstery cleaning the fabric is tested before any work starts, because silk, viscose and certain velvets may need other handling or may not suit cleaning at all. Sofa cleaning starts with a two-seater at £57; every further seat is £26. Leather and suede sofas need a phone conversation about the hide before we can quote. Armchair and dining chair cleaning is £33 an armchair and £13 a dining chair. A mattress is £35 through mattress cleaning. Curtain cleaning happens with the curtains left on their track, from £35 a pair.
Stain protection
Stain protection is applied straight after a carpet or sofa clean: £33 for a room of carpet or £13 a seat. Spills can then be blotted before they sink in, though fabric can still stain.
Moving out, home cleaning and ovens
Moving out
End of tenancy cleaning is £156 for a studio flat, rising with each bedroom, and works to the check-out list. Carpets done in the same visit cost £29 a bedroom, and if the agent or clerk marks something we cleaned, a cleaner returns when told within 48 hours.
Regular and deep home cleaning
Domestic cleaning on a weekly rota is £23 an hour, with a 3-hour minimum visit. Deep cleaning brings two or more cleaners and their kit, from £186. After builders cleaning deals with plaster dust and paint once the trades have gone, from £212.
Ovens
Oven cleaning costs £77 for a single oven and takes place in your own kitchen; hobs and hoods are extras or part of a set. During a move-out clean the oven is £31.
Floors, windows, outside and offices
Floors, windows and outside
Hard floor cleaning for tiles, stone and vinyl is £6 a square metre, or £8 with a polish. Window cleaning goes by house size, from £66 for the outside of a one-bed house. Pressure washing of patios, paths and drives is £4 a square metre, using water from your outside tap.
Offices
Office carpet and upholstery cleaning is priced on a call, with office chairs from £10 each. Visits can be early in the morning, in the evening up to 7pm or at the weekend, and regular office cleaning is priced on a call.
Questions about our cleaning services
Can carpets and a sofa be cleaned on one visit?
Yes, carpets, rugs and upholstery can all be done in one visit. Move-out cleans that include carpets get the lower carpet rate as well. Give the full list when you book so enough time and cleaners are sent.
Which parts of London do the cleaners cover?
Every London borough, with visits from 8am until 7pm, Monday to Sunday. Give your postcode when you book and the office finds a cleaner working near you.
What does a single small job cost?
One-off work starts at £67, so a single armchair or one hallway is priced from that figure. Regular home cleaning is charged by the hour and has its own minimum visit.
